Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use StoneLoop or place an order for a custom bracelet. They do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Designs and orders
You are responsible for checking the selected bracelet design, wrist size, delivery address, and order details before payment. Natural stones and handmade pieces can vary in colour, pattern, shape, and arrangement. Screen colours and digital previews are guides rather than guarantees of an identical physical appearance.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The final checkout summary shows the amount charged, including any configured delivery fee or tax treatment. Payment must be confirmed before production begins.
Photo confirmation
Some orders include an optional real-item photo review before shipping. When enabled for your order, you can approve the proof or request a reasonable change through the app. Production differences inherent to natural materials are not defects.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt to access another customer’s information, submit unlawful content, or use payment methods without permission.
